Payment options

We are trying to make the payment process as safe and easy as possible and to provide you with the most common payment options.

Please note that your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment on our account. The stated delivery times apply from receipt of money on our account.

In our store, the following payment methods are generally available:



Prepayment

If you choose the payment method prepayment, we will tell you our bank details in a separate
separate e-mail and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

If you complete the order with the payment method prepayment/bank transfer, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. There you will find all information about your order. Then simply transfer the invoice amount from your order to the specified account. After the amount has been credited to our account, the order will be shipped.

Please always indicate your order number as reason for payment (e.g. order 15854).

PayPal

In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions in the order process.

PayPal may offer registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria additional payment modalities in the customer account. However, we have no influence on the offer of these modalities; further individually offered payment modalities affect your legal relationship with PayPal. You can find more information about this in your PayPal account.

In cooperation with the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), we offer you the following payment options as PayPal Services. Unless otherwise stipulated below, payment via PayPal Plus does not require registration with PayPal. You will receive further information with the respective payment option and in the order process.

PayPal, PayPal Express

In order to pay the invoice amount via the PayPal payment option, you must be registered with PayPal, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order.

Direct debit via PayPal

Payment by direct debit via PayPal requires an address and credit check and is made directly to PayPal. With confirmation of the payment instruction you give PayPal a direct debit mandate. You will be informed by PayPal about the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). The account will be debited before the goods are shipped.

GiroPay

You can offer your customers the purchase as direct booking, unsecured and secured pre-order or order with partial payment. Credit card

You enter your credit card details in the order process. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

SEPA direct debit

By submitting your order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you about the date of the account debit at least one bank business day in advance (so-called prenotification). A bank business day is any working day with the exception of Saturdays, national public holidays and the 24th and 31st of December each year. The account will be debited before the goods are shipped.

Cash payment at pickup

You pay the invoice amount (after receiving a pickup notification via email) in cash when you pick up your order in our store (No Borders Shop | Wolfgang-Heinze-Str. 8 | 04277 Leipzig).

Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday 12:00 to 18:30.
