We are trying to make the payment process as safe and easy as possible and to provide you with the most common payment options.
Please note that your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment on our account. The stated delivery times apply from receipt of payment on our account.
In our store, the following payment methods are generally available:
Prepayment
If you choose the payment method prepayment, we will tell you our bank details in a separate
email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
If you complete the order with the payment method prepayment/bank transfer, you will receive an order confirmation by email. There you will find all information about your order. Then simply transfer the invoice amount from your order to the specified account. After the amount has been credited to our account, the order will be shipped.
Please always indicate your order number as reason for payment (e.g. XCGFHSDR).

PayPal
In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions in the order process.
PayPal may offer registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria additional payment modalities in the customer account. However, we have no influence on the offer of these modalities; further individually offered payment modalities affect your legal relationship with PayPal. PayPal, PayPal Express

Direct debit via PayPal
Payment by direct debit via PayPal requires an address and credit check and is made directly to PayPal. With confirmation of the payment instruction you give PayPal a direct debit mandate. You will be informed by PayPal about the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). The account will be debited before the goods are shipped.
